“ Picked up a cheese pizza with red sauce to try out. Will be going back for more. The sauce was perfect, flavorful but not over powered. The cheese was cooked to perfection. A delicious classic pie. Exactly what I wanted. I met the owner who seemed attentive to his business and has created an integral part of the neighborhood. A classic pizza joint serving excellent pies. The calzones and sandwiches are next on my list. ”
“ I've tried it all, from the best pizzerias on the east coast in Boston and New York, to the rich deep dishes of Chicago, to a variety of cultural fusions. But, the pizza made here is by far my favorite. The pan pizza always comes out with a crisp undercarriage, plenty of toppings and cheese, and just the right amount of sauce. It's crisp and tasty. It's a great mix of what makes east coast/New York and Chicago deep dish great. Certainly one of the must-try pizzas if you are ever in Cleveland. 11/10 keep up the phenomenal work. The only caveat is: eat the pizza as fresh as possible. As the crust/undercarriage moistens, the pizza loses its structure and becomes floppy. It loses some of its crunch. This is okay, but does take away from the experience and taste. I recommend ordering online and eating there or as soon as you get home with the pizza. ”

“ My first order here was pickup on Mother's Day for my wife, who was hospitalized nearby. Best pizza ever, ready in under 25 minutes and delivered to me in my car when I pulled in front of the shop with a friendly attitude. This is a new fav of mine! However, it kills me when a great local shop uses an app supplied by an out of state company that tries to own the place that made me so happy. Slice, after downloading, immediately provided me with 7 local delivery competitors and 3 local pick up competitors and LA Pizzaria wasn't on one of them at all and was at the bottom of the list on the other. It's sad when a local does it right and then has his business undermined by his ordering app that has THEIR "story" and THEIR graphic signature on the bottom of the order page. La Pizzaria does it right, skip the app and order from them....you'll not be disappointed ”
“ I am on assignment in Cleveland, so unfamiliar with the good local spots. Found this pizzeria on Maps as it’s close to where I am staying and they offer gluten free crust, which isn’t always easy to find. Happy to report that not only was the pizza fantastic, but the owner updated me that they were busier than usual so pick up time could be affected, and then called me when it was ready!!!! The shop is right on the corner and has the coolest Italy by way of Brooklyn old school vibe. Will definitely be a retuning customer!! ”

“ The other excellent reviews were on point. After a long day at Cleveland Clinic, I had a craving for gluten free pizza and based on reviews and its proximity to hotel we placed our order. It was easy to order online and they even had a coupon code, which always helps. Pick up was easy and inside it looked very clean. The employees had good customer service and didn't mind me taking pics for reviews. When we got back to hotel we were happy to see the side salads were more like dinner salads and they even gave 2 packets of salad dressing (which is rare back home usually you get charged for an extra packet) The pizzas were sealed with labeling which is always helpful when you order multiple pizzas. It tasted great and we were very happy with our order. When we are back in town, we already know what we will be ordering for dinner. I would highly recommend them and appreciate all the hard work their staff does. ”
